Joanna

FNP

Joanna earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner Master of Science degrees from Regis University. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western State College University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. She is currently completing her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Master’s Certificate at University of Colorado Colorado Springs.   Joanna has been a board-certified family nurse practitioner for 14 years. She has experience in family medicine, walk-in convenient care, school-based health, addiction medicine, and psychiatric medicine. She’s passionate about mental and behavioral health in family medicine and enjoys working with adolescents. Her goal is to provide quality, comprehensive health care to the community and identify health risk factors before they become problematic. In addition to providing care for the community, Joanna has two children. Joanna enjoys hiking, road biking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, camping, and skiing. She is originally from Florida and moved to Colorado in 1994 to enjoy the mountains and outdoor life. I moved to Durango from the Denver area to enjoy the outdoors even more and to enjoy and get to know people in a smaller community


Thomas

LCSW

Thomas McColloch LCSW – Thomas has worked in mental health treatment since he was 18 years old and has worked in a number of settings and treatment environments.  He has expertise in treating Depression, Anxiety disorders, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Substance Abuse Disorders. Thomas obtained his Bachelor Of Social Work at the University of Mississippi and his Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee.  He has been in practice with SJHWC since October 2019.  Thomas is a Client-Centered Therapist who is eager to hear your story and provide you with guidance and healing from life’s difficulties.  Thomas is LGBTQ+ friendly and considers himself an ally.  Thomas is a musician and songwriter in his spare time and has an affinity for the Southwest and its peoples.


Eva

LCSW, MSW

Eva was born in Parkview, New Mexico and she moved to Farmington when she was 13 years old. She graduated from Farmington High School in 1979 and then joined the United States Marine Corps. She attended San Juan College and received an associate degree in Business Management and then she attended New Mexico Highlands University and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work. After graduating, Eva returned to Farmington and has worked in the field of Social Work for 30 years. Eva works with adolescence, teens, adults, and the elderly. She truly believes that if you do the work, you will get better.
