San Juan Health and Wellness Center Covid-19 Safe Practices
At San Juan Health and Wellness Center (SJHWC) it’s our policy to comply with all Local, State, and/or Federal public health orders regarding COVID-19. Our office is open to in-person, patient care and customer service in a manner that provides for the safety of both staff and patients. SJHWC is currently adhering to the following procedures:
All persons entering our physical location of 1009 Ridgeway Place Farmington, NM will be required to:
Wear a Mask
Have Their Temperature Taken Upon Entry
Maintain Social Distancing
Staff members must have their temperature logged prior to the start of their workday, observe social distancing guidelines, and wear a face covering while they are in the building.
Disinfecting – staff members are adhering to the following guidelines:
Sanitization of All Spaces Every Hour
Sanitization of Offices and Vital Equipment Between Each Patient
