Brad Chipman, PMHNP-BC, is a highly compassionate and empathetic Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in healthcare. After 15 years as a critical care nurse, Brad was driven to transition into mental health care during the challenges of the 2020 pandemic. Witnessing the profound impact of mental health struggles inspired his commitment to serving individuals of all ages, recognizing that mental well-being is essential for a fulfilling life.
Guided by his compassion and empathy for people, Brad is dedicated to providing care to adolescents, adults, and seniors. He creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel understood and empowered to navigate their mental health journeys. Brad’s patient-centered approach emphasizes building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies, and fostering meaningful growth at every stage of life.
Outside of work, Brad is a proud single father of two and an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys camping, hiking, and mountain biking—often accompanied by his three beloved dogs. His experiences as a parent and caregiver deepen his understanding of the challenges individuals and families face, enabling him to connect with his patients on a personal level while offering hope and guidance.
