What services do you offer?

At SJHWC we offer individual counseling, medication management, suboxone therapy, and medical cannabis certifications.

Do you offer pain management?

At SJHWC we do not offer pain management, but we are here for your mental health needs!

Are you accepting new patients?

The SJHWC family is constantly growing! We are accepting new patients for counseling services, medication management, and medical cannabis certifications. We are not accepting new suboxone patients at this time.

How do I become a new patient?

To become a new patient, fill out our new patient packet and bring it into our physical location at 1009 Ridgeway Place Farmington, NM 87401 with a copy of your ID and insurance card(s). SJHWC is not accepting new patients that are currently being prescribed benzodiazepines.

Do we accept insurance?

How long have you been open?

SJHWC started out as the San Juan Medical Cannabis Center in 2014 and has been assisting the community with medical cannabis certifications for 7 years! In 2018, we made the transition into Psychiatric Care and have now been providing care for 3 years.

Can we assist in obtaining a medical cannabis card?

Yes! We’re happy to help. Check out our NM Medical Cannabis Program page for more information.

Do we sell medical cannabis?

SJHWC assists the community with education on the medical cannabis program and assists patients with obtaining their medical cannabis certifications. We do not sell medical cannabis. We do however, have a great selection of CBD products that are available for purchase. See our CBD info page.
