She’s passionate about mental and behavioral health in family medicine and enjoys working with adolescents. Her goal is to provide quality, comprehensive health care to the community and identify health risk factors before they become problematic.

In addition to providing care for the community, Joanna has two children. Joanna enjoys hiking, road biking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, camping, and skiing. She is originally from Florida and moved to Colorado in 1994 to enjoy the mountains and outdoor life. I moved to Durango from the Denver area to enjoy the outdoors even more and to enjoy and get to know people in a smaller community
